* The first time you visit Jensen's apartment, if you go to the end of the hall you can eavesdrop on an argument between Adam's neighbors. The gist of it is that the wife insisted they both get augmented, the husband only agreed reluctantly, and after it was done the wife was no longer comfortable with being intimate with him and had an affair with a non-augmented man. Making it worse, when confronted over it the wife phrases it as wanting to be with someone "normal" again. The argument ends with the wife sobbing and the furious husband promising never to touch her with his "cold, dead metal hand" again.

If you find the nearby Trauma Kit, you can do choose to help her.[[spoiler:give her a lethal dose of morphine, thus ending her suffering.]] Interestingly, this doesn't count against the Pacifist achievement.

* In "The Missing Link" DLC in [[spoiler:the secret laboratory area of]] Rifleman Base, you come across a young woman named Nina Sullivan, who is all of 20 years old and scared out of mind. While you can talk with her to and get information, due to your current circumstances, you're in no position to help her, despite her frantic pleas. Then there's an [[OhCrap Oh Shit]] moment when you are on your way back out, and she is gone. Turns out a very speedy guard transferred her (just her - yeah, you have to give the apparently rushed as hell plot a lot of leeway) back to the main cell block, and she's one of the ones you can choose to save. Phew. (there is a secret to save both the prisoners and the scientist, just google 'how to save the prisoners and whistleblower' or look for the vent on the right of the bottom fo the tower and shoot the gas canister inside the room it leads you to.)
