Session 1-7: The Adventure Begins Arc
  • Luna became both frustrated and heartbroken over how her father's grave had been ransacked by necromancers and she knows that she has to capture them alive, whether she likes it or not.
  • Enoch started to go down a massive rollercoaster of pain and heartbreak since Session 5. He learnt that his new apprentice Mirth had been relying on necromancy in order to succeed on their inventions and ultimately left for the Spine of Death because they feared that they didn't belong in Rugawood, Juliana broke up with Enoch after learning that Enoch protected a necromancer, Enoch failed to tame a Barkhide Beetle to use as some form of emotional support after everything he'd been through so far, and he finally breaks down as he told the party about the traumatizing incident of where his lie as a child cost him his arm and nearly his life & Samuel's life.
    • In the eyes of Mirth, they feel absolutely terrible for being treated like garbage by their community and betraying the trust of the one person who did respect and care for them, even after Enoch went so far to spare and protect them.
    • In the eyes of Juliana, she is absolutely heartbroken that the man she fell in love with had betrayed her trust by protecting a necromancer and lying to her about punishing said necromancer.

    Session 8-13: Chester City Arc
  • Magnus wanted to kill all the necromancers in Cloveway, sparking a war between Belkinus and the necromancers, because his family and friends were killed by necromancers. To make his situation worse, Luna desperately tried to convince Magnus to not become a warmonger. The first two times failed, and before we could see if Luna was finally able to succeed in her third and final attempt, Alter ruined it by hijacking Magnus' body in order to control the unactivated Warforge, massacring the people of Cloveway and sparking that war. This forced the party to kill Magnus in order to kill Alter.
  • After killing Alter, Enoch hid behind the Warforge titan in order to cry after finally absorbing everything that had happened.
  • Mortan breaks down crying after the party confirmed his friend's death at the hands of necromancers and receiving his deceased friend's armband.

    Session 14-18: Cloveway Arc
  • The entirety of Cloveway has been going through tragedy and tragedy. The residents have to put up with attacks from bandits, vigilantes, and traitors at any moment.
  • It was revealed that despite all her efforts and all the Siphoning that she has done to gain more power, Kara found it all to be All for Nothing as True Resurrection seemed to be ultimately impossible and she couldn't bring Abigail back.
  • Rhushk Hookscales, a member of the Protectors, admitted how society will never accept the necromancers because society never accepted people like her. Society will only see urchins as thieves and necromancers as villains, so it became impossible to fight back and force them to follow that role. Rhushk, an urchin with a family to take care of, had no choice but to become a criminal because society wouldn't give her a chance.

    Session 19-22: The Final Arc
  • Despite all of the animosity between Renee and her father, him choosing to overload the portal network and die alone in a dead world just to prevent it from being used for evil is presented as a very emotional moment.
