- 3 includes the short animation series Knyacki and a tortoise and hare having a race using karts with you behind them holding a shell, and two parodies of Brain Age.
- The 30th situation of Kuukiyomi 3: Consider It More and More!! -Father to Son- is based on Tokimeki Memorial's under the tree ending scene

But you control the strength of the wind so player protagonist's boyfriend can meet her under the tree. - The 58th situation of Kuukiyomi 3: Consider It More and More!! resembles Star Wars, and the player must increase the player character's Laser Blade's length during the battle with the Darth Vader-like villain. Increasing it too much will lead to a Distant Reaction Shot where the laser blade impales the ceiling of the Death Star-like lair and reaches the vacuum of space.

- Virtual Youtuber Nora Cat's has been accidentally revealed by a technical glitch once. Her true identity resembles an ordinary man. 3 years later, G-Mode, a Japanese game company releases Kuukiyomi 3: Consider It More and More!! in March 2021, in which the 73rd situation/level is a moment when fictional Virtual Youtuber Z.Z. accidentally reveals her true identity as a bald middle aged man, thanks to a certain technical glitch.Chapter Mode Message: What a facade.
