Leaving aside the obvious legal issues of publishing a book by that name (which may not have been part of the joke, since it's not quite clear whether anyone involved with it knew that Waldo was originally called Wally and still is outside the US), it apparently didn't occur to him to include pictures of himself anywhere other than where he always is anyway (i.e, standing next to the camera holding cue cards). When Seth points this out, Wally pauses for a moment before sarcastically replying, "Thanks for ruining my book, Seth."

* UnacceptableTargets: Invoked and played with in "Ya Burnt!", which is a rundown of {{Take That}}s to various people, places, and things Seth that feels like making fun of, done under a time limit. The last item on the list will always be something like "Blind Orphans" or "Single Moms Just Doing Their Best", where it seems like any joke Seth could possibly make about them would be in poor taste, and that's conveniently when he runs out of time, narrowly saving them from being burnt.
