Released on January 10, 2022 Koisenu Futari is a currently ongoing japanese live-action series directed by Doi Shohei.
The story follows two people who are aromantic asexual that start living together, Sakuko and Takahashi. During the series, we see how the two of them work to become a family and try to live in a world that expects romance from everybody.
Koisenu Futari contains examples of:
- Comical Overreacting: After thinking his store loyalty points will expire without being able to spend them, Takahashi writes on his blog about that being the second worst day of the year and makes udon noodles sadly.
- Food as Bribe: In episode two Takahashi is bribed by the promise of crab for dinner.

- LGBT Awakening: Takahashi's blog entries help Sakuko realize that she's aromantic asexual.
- Mistaken for Romance: Most onlookers think that Sakuko and Takahashi are in a romantic relationship.
