Film

  1. Young Hercules (film): Alcmene sends her son Hercules to Cheiron's Academy. Hercules and his eventual friend Iolaus end up joining Jason's quest to retrieve the Golden Fleece.

Note: Some episodes are not in chronological order.

Season 1

  1. The Treasure of Zeus: Strife tricks Hercules into thinking a chalice sacred to Hera belongs to Zeus, so Hercules tries to take it.
  2. Between Friends: Ares and Strife plan to turn Hercules, Iolaus, and Jason against each other.
  3. What a Crockery: Because Hercules had stolen Hera's chalice, Zeus' decree that prevents the gods from killing him has been waived.
  4. Herc and Seek: Iolaus' old gang breaks into the academy and takes him and others hostage.
  5. Girl Trouble: Hercules, Iolaus, and Jason discover a ship captain has enslaved Amazons. The Amazon Lilith joins the academy.
  6. Teacher's Pests: Hercules, Iolaus, and Jason get detention, but Iolaus asks the others to cover for him because it's his first day as a waiter at Kora's Inn.
  7. Inn Trouble: While the boys are minding Kora's Inn, Discord and Strife try to frame them for the theft of an offering to Artemis, hoping Artemis will be angry enough to kill them.
  8. Keeping Up with the Jasons: Hercules becomes jealous of Jason's weapons and asks Hephaestus to make him better ones, but they go to his head.
  9. Amazon Grace: Hercules tries to woo the Amazon Cyane, but she hates Zeus, his father. The king who had hired the ship captain in "Girl Trouble" shows up and demands the Amazons as his slaves.
  10. Cyrano de Hercules: Hephaestus creates a woman called Galatea to be his girlfriend, but she falls in love with Hercules instead.
  11. Battle Lines Part 1: The Amazons and the centaurs are ready to go to war after Discord and Strife frame both sides for atrocities.
  12. Battle Lines Part 2: Hercules desperately tries to stop the war.
  13. Forgery: Tired of being called a wet blanket, Hercules uses Hephaestus' forge without permission to awaken his inner fire, but the fire starts to burn out of control.
  14. No Way Out: While their friends set up a surprise birthday party for Lilith, she and Hercules become trapped in a cave-in.
  15. Ares On Trial: The Olympians put Ares on trial for trying to murder Hercules despite Zeus' decree. Much to Hercules' surprise, he is chosen as Ares' defense attorney.
  16. Down and Out in Academy Hills: A man with amnesia falls out of the sky and Hercules takes him in.
  17. Winner Take All: At an athletic competition, Hercules meets his half-brothers Castor and Pollux, but starts to neglect his friends.
  18. A Serpent's Tooth: Iolaus bonds with a mysterious baby creature that was given as a gift to Jason, unaware it's a fire breathing basilisk that came from Strife and Discord.
  19. The Lure of the Lyre: Orpheus introduces Hercules and others to Bacchus, who tries to force them to join his cult.
  20. Fame: Orpheus makes a deal with Bacchus to lure more followers in exchange for Eurydice's freedom.
  21. Lyre, Liar: Orpheus and Eurydice have a fight because he still has Bacchus' magic lyre. Bacchus tries to force Eurydice to marry him.
  22. A Lady in Hades: Eurydice had sacrificed her life, but was sentenced to Tartarus. Hercules and Jason go to the Underworld and try to persuade Hades to let her go to the Elysian Fields.
  23. The Mysteries of Life: Iolaus discovers that the basilisk he had befriended back in "A Serpent's Tooth" has been captured by a cruel circus owner.
  24. Dad Always Liked Me Best: Hercules' half-brother Lucius helps him investigate Castor's murder, but things are not as they seem.
  25. Herc's Nemesis: Hercules befriends Nemesis, the Goddess of Retribution, but since ordinary mortals cannot see or hear her, his friends think he's crazy.
  26. Cold Feet: Jason, pressured by his future role as king, runs away and is taken in by a farmer and his daughter who are threatened by a warlord.
  27. Mommy Dearests: Lucius tries to please his mother and get Zeus to acknowledge him by killing Hercules.
  28. In Your Dreams: Ares gets Morpheus to help him attack Hercules and his friends in their dreams.
  29. Sisters: Kora becomes annoyed when her sister Cleo arrives and becomes more popular than her, so she tries to emulate her.
  30. Golden Bow: Kora enters an archery tournament in hopes of giving the prize to Artemis in exchange for her release from service.
  31. Home for the Holidays: During a holiday, Hercules takes his friends home, but is shocked to discover his mother has a new boyfriend.
  32. Cram-ped: Iolaus' friends learn that he will be sent back to prison unless he can pass a test, so they help him with an all night cramming session.
  33. Con Ares: Hercules and his friends discover a mortal farmer who looks just like Ares, and try to use him to help prevent a war.
  34. Get Jason: Hercules learns of an assassination attempt on Jason, but since this is during a prank war celebration, no one believes him.
  35. My Fair Lilith: Jason is given an arranged marriage. In an attempt to get out of it without offending the other family, Jason begs Lilith to pretend she is his wife.
  36. Hind Sight: Hercules and Kora try to protect a Golden Hind from hunters.
  37. The Head That Wears the Crown: As Jason is about to be crowned king, a monster attacks. Hercules realizes the monster is his mother's midwife Galinthia under a curse.
  38. Me, Myself and Eye: Hercules acquires a mystical eye that tells the future, but the blind women it belongs to put a curse on it.
  39. The Skeptic: A new student doesn't believe the gods are real, causing Strife to become very angry.
  40. Iolaus Goes Stag: Iolaus tries to hunt a Golden Hind, so Artemis punishes him by swapping his body with a deer.
  41. Adventures in the Forbidden Zone: Hercules and Theseus become rivals and they challenge each other to a chariot race, but they crash into the Forbidden Zone and have to fight for survival.
  42. The Prize: Ares joins a talent show at Kora's Inn because the prize is a Cronus Stone, which cannot be stolen, only freely given. Ares hopes that with the stone, he'll become powerful enough to overthrow Zeus.
  43. The Beasts Beneath: Hercules and Theseus track down their friends, who have gotten lost in a desert with quicksand and monsters.
  44. Parents' Day: When the academy holds a parents' day, Iolaus hires actors to pretend to be his parents, but they are actually thieves.
  45. Life for a Life: Ares kidnaps Cheiron. While his students attempt to decipher the clues left in order to find them, Ares reveals he plans to force Hercules to willingly give up his life in exchange for Cheiron.
  46. Under Siege: Ares influences Cyane into attacking the academy.
  47. Mila: Ares tricks an Amazon named Mila into thinking he's her father and orders her to kill Hercules.
  48. Apollo: Apollo becomes angry that Hercules is more popular than him and attacks the academy.
  49. Ill Wind: Cyane becomes sick and tries to communicate with Hercules how to cure her by sharing memories with him.
  50. Valley of the Shadow: Hercules, Iolaus, and Theseus go hunting and an old man advises them to try out a valley that turns out to have a monster.
