- Cruel and Unusual Death: Nathan kills an assassin sent to kill Nora by trapping him into a hacked elevator and shaking the elevator up and down to kill him by slamming him against the floor and the ground. When the doors are opened, we see the whole elevator is painted with blood.
- Double Standard: Abuse, Female on Male: Aleesha kicks the co-worker, who makes fun of Nora's misery, with her boot in his stomach. It's played for laughs. Imagine this scene with reversed roles.
- Elevator Escape: Nora manages to shake her pursuer when the elevator door closed in front of him.
- Elevator Failure: Nathan remotely hacks an elevator to wildly move up and down when Nora is being chased by an assassin. Results in a Gory Discretion Shot.
- Enter Stage Window: The intruder in Nora's apartment enters and leaves through the conveniently open window.

- Kinda Busy Here: Nathan calls Nora on her phone while she is pursued by a psycho killer. Naturally, she picks up. It's for the better as Nathan's hacker skills help her escape the dangerous situation.
- Love Confession: Nora confesses her love to Nathan who is now residing at 2Gig and cannot respond.
- Mirror Scare: The intruder in Nora's apartment is only showing in the background after the door angle shifts.
- No Power, No Color: Nathan freezes and turns grey when his data bundle runs out at 2Gig.
- The Reveal: Nora reviews the recovered footage and finds out that Nathan is the bad guy who tried to sell out.
- Third-Act Misunderstanding: Nora breaks up with Nathan over The Reveal that he showed bad character in real life and she doesn't want to get hurt by him. It doesn't stick though.
