Melinda and Copernicus seek the remaining heroes of Unicorn while the supernatural evil unleashes a sinister force to stop them.
Tropes:
- Amnesiac Dissonance: Downplayed with Edred and Seng. The other two warriors don't have much angst about this because they didn't have much to lose: Dmitri/Edred was a traveling magician (and got most of his memories immediately restored), while Alfie/Seng was an abandoned orphan living on the street (and now overwhelmed by and in awe of his new powers).
- Cloudcuckoolander: When Seng reincarnates in Alfie, the boy becomes a bit nutty. Edred directly explains that the level of cosmic awareness that comes with Seng's powers is overwhelming for a child's mind.
- My God, What Have I Done?: Emma/Melinda has this reaction when her powers go out of control at the end of the episode resulting in collateral damage which includes Winston getting seriously injured.
- Raising the Steaks: The newly reunited Unicorn have to fight a zombie elephant with Glowing Eyelights of Undeath.
- Reused Character Design: The little girl with the Lulu toy is a slightly tweaked version of Stephen DeStefano's young Olive Oyl design for Genndy Tartakovsky's cancelled Popeye movie.
- Street Urchin: Alfie lived with his gang in an abandoned orphanage before Copernicus and Emma/Melinda came along.
- That Woman Is Dead: When Winston tries to convince Emma to escape with him near the end of the episode, she tells him once more that Emma is gone and that she is Melinda now.
