Anti-monster robot force STORAGE's new asset, Special Craft No. 2, Windom, is finally complete. However, a problem with its energy charge prevents it from being launched. Meanwhile, the Subterranean Monster Telesdon rampages on the surface! Even worse, Telesdon is given a boost by a mysterious power! Can STORAGE and Ultraman Z overcome this challenge?!
Episode Tropes:
- Chekhov's Gun: While Yuka happens to have kept Neronga's horn into the fridge, as it turns out that the electricity within it is used to finally activate Windom.
- Cool Gate: Like Haruki did with Z, Kaburagi uses one he accessed from the Z Riser to open a pocket dimension with a machine capable of producing Kaiju Medals.
- Funny Background Event: As Haruki was transforming from Z, the deactivated Sevenger shows both Xs on its eyes as a comedic way to show that the robot is decommissioned for now.
- Mythology Gag: Telesdon and Jirass are both monsters from Ultraman. The Frilled-Telesdon was ripped off of Jirass' frill by Windom in the same way as Ultraman did in the original series.
- Noodle Incident: Considering how MRC has a Jirass DNA sample and Yuka instantly recognize its frill on Telesdon, this implied that STORAGE had their own adventure with the monster off-screen.
- Oh, Crap!: Yuka (and perhaps the rest of STORAGE) after seeing Telesdon growing out Jirass' frill.
- Took a Level in Badass: Telesdon becomes Erimaki-Telesdon thanks to Kaburagi feeding the Jirass Medal.
- Wham Line:Hebikura: I need a new toy to play with. (cue a very familiar Slasher Smile)
