Keisha, an office worker, is date raped during a party. In the aftermath, she feels being stalked by the perpetrator, who implies that he has inserted something into her body. Keisha desperately tries to identify her rapist before she goes fully insane.

- Bad Boss: Doug has been gaslighting and stalking his female employees so they will only think about him.
- Bittersweet Ending: Keisha gets her revenge, preventing Doug from harassing any of his other female employees, but only after weeks of mental torture from him. She also possibly loses Sanjay as a friend after she lashed out at him physically, wrongly believing he was behind her torment.
- The Dog Bites Back: Eventually, Keisha turns the tables on Doug, even using the same tactics he had been using on her.
- Eye Scream: At the end, Doug pulls a tapeworm out of his eyes. Unlike Keisha, it's a real one, and living to boot.
- He-Man Woman Hater: Doug's speech to Keisha toward the end implies he's tormenting women like her purely for spite over his wife leaving him without explanation, indicating he's doing it based on intense misogyny. Given his behavior, it's no stretch to believe he'd been abusive to her somehow too, because this is incredibly extreme as a reaction.
- Hoist by His Own Petard: Upon deducing that he is the one who has been stalking her, Keisha takes revenge against Doug by stalking him in turn. Though she goes a little further when she inserts actual tapeworm eggs into his drink, so his fears about them are genuine.
- Mind Rape: Doug's method of torturing Keisha was making her think she was sexually assaulted, and had something placed inside of her. Doug never raped her physically, but he did drug and stalk her and Keisha was an emotional wreck for weeks on end, trying to figure out exactly what happened to her.
- Nobody Poops: Disgustingly averted; Doug falls ill while interviewing a job seeker and he races to the bathroom and drops trou in a stall. We don't see the act as it cuts to black, but Doug walks out the bathroom stall a disheveled mess. And then we see a worm crawl out of the toilet.
- Red Herring: Despite Keisha's suspicion, Sanjay was ultimately not the one who roofied and stalked her.
- Sanity Slippage: Keisha slowly descends into madness while she is obsessing over the identity of her rapist.
- Through the Eyes of Madness: Keisha briefly imagines maggots in her trash can, then tapeworms emerging from her skin.
