Police Officer: Are you familiar with the field sobriety test, Captain Fuller?
Captain Fuller: Look, I only had one drink.
Police Officer: A moment ago you told me you had two drinks. I'm going to have to ask you to take the breathalyzer.
Captain Fuller: This is ridiculous!

The Jump Street officers are sent undercover into a high school to find out how these underage kids can get alcoholic drinks—because a growing amount of teenagers in the area are found to be drinking (and sometimes consequently driving too, with lethal results) underage, by use of fake IDs. The officers are trying to find out who produces and sells the fake IDs to the teenagers.

While this case is ongoing, Fuller goes on a date, drinks a few glasses of wine and then gets behind the wheel, which results in him being busted for driving under the influence himself. Word about this spreads around quickly within the police force, and he gets defensive about this.

This episode provides examples of:

  • Chase Scene: When one of the teenagers starts driving away his car while very drunk, Hanson chases him in his own car in order to stop him from hurting himself or others.
  • Drunk Driver: Fuller is arrested for driving while intoxicated with alcohol. More generally, this episode is about how many teenagers die because of driving under the influence.
  • Hypocrite: Subverted. When Fuller is arrested for drunk driving himself while he's on a case of teenagers who drink and drive (and shortly after he gives a speech about how bad it is to drink-and-drive at the beginning of the episode), he at first seems to assume he'll get off scott-free because he's a police Captain. But at the end of the episode, he realises it's wrong to drink-and-drive for anyone, including himself.
