It's one year later for Andy and Jeff. The Messiah is dead, and the boys dream of filling his shoes. That is if the can stop arguing over whose turn it is to film in the basement.

- Oh Snap! starring the Sports Injury Critic is a review show where the titular critic ranks Real Life sport injuries.
- Jeff's previous favorite show is the Cold and Flu Medicine Critic starring Jimmy Coughfa.
- Jeff's current favorite show is Modern Movie Cynics Through Time And Space!!, a show about a pair of overly nitpicky Straw Critics who are sent back in time to the premier of cinema classics.
- Continuity Nod: Remember when the Snob shot that guy in the head? That was The Messiah and he was Killed Off for Real.
- Hitler Ate Sugar: In his rant about beanbag chairs, The Rickhead makes a point about how Hitler liked uncomfortable seating.
- Hurricane of Puns: Andy's review of Sharknado has 10 solid minutes of shark-puns.
- Shout-Out: There is an In-Universe equivalent to God's Not Dead — The Messiah's Not Dead — with Kevin Sorbo in a starring role as The Messiah's father.
- Skewed Priorities: Andy and Jeff both have been blowing money they could be spending on rent on things they think they need for their review shows. Jeff in particular hired an agent to get him book deals for books he hasn't (and will probably never) written yet, charging him $200 a month regardless if she does anything productive or not.
- Smug Snake: While Andy is just as disgusted by Oh Snap! as Michelle, he watches it because it makes him feel superior to it and other reviewers.
- Straw Critic: As Andy puts it, Modern Movie Cynics Through Time And Space!! does less to analyze the faults in a movie or even riff them and is more of a "checklist for nitpickers."
- Stylistic Suck: Jeff nags Michell about her putting her prop (Lord Penis from the Planet Ass) in the washer, claiming that the dirt on him is a stylistic choice to show that he's a badass.
