Recap / The Real Ghostbusters Slimer 12 Room At The Top

Go To

The postman delivers a comic to Slimer, who is about to read it, but Peter is taking a nap and snoring loudly. He moves to a different room, but Egon has a noisy machine. To make matters worse, the machine then sends out blue beams that disintegrate first Slimer's toy, then part of his comic. Slimer sulks, but then gets an idea.

Manx, meanwhile, draws an "X" on the roof and drills through the ceiling. He sticks a straw through the hole and drinks some milk from the carton, then some pink stuff from a pie tin. Slimer then goes up to the roof as well and decides to build a reading fort.

Manx sees that Slimer is building the fort right where the hole he drilled is, so he tries to prevent him from building it by replacing his hammer with a toy one. This toy hammer bounces him around until he falls down the gutter. Manx then kicks down the unbuilt fort, enlarges the hole with a saw, sticks a vacuum cleaner down it, and vacuums up some food.

Slimer enters the kitchen and redirects the vacuum cleaner to suck up Bruiser, who growls at Manx and chases him away. Slimer continues to build his fort, when Manx comes back and hides a bomb in some flowers. Slimer takes the flowers, but defuses the bomb by watering them. Manx takes the bomb and dries it out, relighting it, but forgets to let go of the telephone, so he's pulled back and the bomb falls down the gutter with him on top. The bomb then goes off, launching Manx into the air.

Slimer finishes the fort, but then sees a wrecking ball. The wrecking ball swings at Slimer's fort, but he pulls it out of the way, and then it's revealed that Manx is driving the truck. Slimer steals a giant tennis racquet from a billboard and bats the wrecking ball back to Manx. This ends up crashing the truck and Slimer finishes building his fort... but then the Ghostbusters want to join in.
