A beauty pageant is announced on TV, with the prize being a sparkly tiara. Bubbles becomes interested in competing, along with most of the girls' (male) rouge gallery. Among which is Princess, who Blossom and Buttercup become obsessed with beating, to Bubbles' discomfort. Unbeknownst to all, however, was that the Mayor had bought the tiara from HIM, who seeks to stir up trouble for the one who wins it.
Tropes:
- Be Yourself: Blossom and Buttercup try to dress up Bubbles in the hopes of appealing her to the crowd. It doesn't work, and Bubbles is about to walk off, but trips, and reveals her original dress, which the audience reacts favorably too. After which, Bubbles goes with her usual personality.
- Beauty Contest: The focus of this episode.
- Chekhov's Skill: Bubbles' glass shattering singing, which she showcases at the start of the episode. It's enough to break the tiara controlling Princess.
- Demonic Possession: Princess, after she wins the tiara.
- Foreshadowing: The Mayor briefly feels the effects of the tiara when he puts it to his ear like a seashell, thinking that it would function like one. Thankfully, unlike Princess, it didn't have the full effect on him due to this.
- Ocular Gushers: Tears of waterfalls come out Bubbles' eyes due to Performance Anxiety.
- Performance Anxiety: Bubbles at one point of the episode (after imagining the audience's heads as those of her sisters egging her to win), which leads to her loss of the contest.
- Real Men Wear Pink: Mojo, The Gangrene Gang, and Fuzzy all compete for the tiara, and don't seem to mind wearing dresses in the process.
- Screw the Rules, I Have Money!: Princess pretty much bribes her way to victory. Though in this case, it was a good thing Bubbles didn't beat her.

- The "No Me Gusta" meme, though they didn't get the face right.
- Bubbles's Ocular Gushers moment along with the face she makes may be a reference to the "crying" emoji.
