Pam accidentally brings lice to work. When an opportunity to throw Meredith under the bus presents itself, she jumps on it. Meanwhile, the only three lice-free employees Phyllis, Kevin, and Nellie work in the warehouse, where they try to reunite Darryl and Val, who recently broke up.
