- Hypocrite: Despite claiming no one group "owns" a spot two episodes back, Jenna Darabond gets very territorial over her preferred coffee shop and thrift store.
- Kick the Dog: When Oisin first insults the Overland Park football team, Matthew is willing to let it go as normal trash-talk. Then Oisin's insults get personal, specifically Tanner and Than being gay, Deandra having a robot arm, and Matthew's birth defect. After that, all bets are off.
- Running Gag: The cheer squad always being one step ahead of the hipsters at a location, always right after that:Brittnay: (to Jenna) Fuck you.
- Wham Shot: Brittnay's car burning.
