The twelveth episode of the first season of the 2007 revival series of The Magic Roundabout.

- Here We Go Again!: After Florence has successfully convinced Ermintrude to wear a beige flowery brimmed hat, Dougal was tasked to throw the bossy hat in the bin, but temptation got the better of him and comes back before the episode ends wearing the bossy hat, acting completely in the same way Ermintrude did in the episode.
- Jerkass Ball: Thanks to the influence of the bossy hat, Ermintrude grabs it and bosses her friends around to follow the one way system. She even clamped Mr. Grimsdale's motorbike and tries to do the same to the Magic Roundabout, despite Mr. Rusty's protests.
- The Killjoy: Ermintrude became this due to wearing a hat called the "Bossy Hat" which makes her grumpy and bossy, disallowing activities the others find fun and forcing them to obey traffic laws and regulations. Luckily, Florence stops this by persuading Ermintrude to change hats, thus reverting Ermintrude back to her normal self.
- Rule of Three: Dougal gets slapped with three tickets by Ermintrude. The third ticket was for good luck.
- Shout-Out: The episode's title is parody of the title of the Dr. Seuss book The Cat in the Hat
