Kresteva brings the firm before a grand jury who will decide whether or not to indict them. They decide to play up the fact that they're an African-American firm, so all the witnesses keep mentioning it no matter what Kresteva is asking them about. It really annoys him. The firm also sues Kresteva
Jay and Marissa discover that the schtup list contains tax codes.
