"Accurate Conception" is an episode in the fifth season of The Golden Girls.
Blanche's daughter Rebecca shocks her with her plans to conceive a baby by means of artificial insemination.

- Hypocritical Humor: After Blanche reveals to the other girls that Rebecca plans to become pregnant via artificial insemination and asks for their reaction, Rose obliges with a shudder, prompting Dorothy to remark "Big help". Then Blanche asks for Dorothy's input, propping her up as a woman ahead of their time for good measure, and Dorothy reacts... exactly the same way Rose did.
- Shout-Out: When Blanche insists at the doctor's office that she's never had to "pay for it," Dorothy makes a crack that "she's always depended on the kindness of strangers."
