To get Vicky to be nice to him, Timmy wishes to switch minds with her dog, Doidle. But the problem is, Doidle is scheduled to be "fixed" the following day.

The very next shot is a close-up shot of what appears to be urine splashing on the magazine, but then it zooms out to reveal it's actually a commercial for a liquid weed whacker formula on a TV that Doidle in Timmy's body is watching.

- Operation: Jealousy: Doidle refuses to allow the wish to be unwished since he likes being human. Wanda poofs into a poodle and flirts with Timmy until Doidle gets jealous enough to unwish the wish.
- Suddenly Speaking: Doidle is able to speak verbally when in Timmy's body, albeit with a more limited vocabulary.
- Toilet-Drinking Dog Gag: During one moment, Doidle (in Timmy's body) starts drinking out of a school toilet. Upon witnessing this, Chester and A.J. claim Timmy to be tougher than Francis, prompting the bully to start drinking out of a toilet as well, and then they join in afterward.
- Voices Are Not Mental: Timmy in Doidle's body can only speak in dog language (Doidle's barks), making the fairies unable to understand him, while Doidle in Timmy's body speaks in the latter's voice.
