However, he had a right to be upset with them, as Marcus was so caught up in his donut experiment that he was behind on the cakes and Sydney was more preoccupied with the food critic's recent praise of her risotto dish and her argument with Richie instead of her duties to help prepare the large amount of food the staff had to cook, which itself was the direct result of a mistake she made with the restaurant's new online ordering system.
My God, What Have I Done?: It takes Marcus and Sydney quitting on the spot to snap Carmy out of his rage.
