Recap / The 100 S 04 E 04

• Broken Tears: After hearing from Echo that she killed Octavia Bellamy is reduced into a sobbing wreck. Kane also has a similar reaction probably due to their not so amicable last meeting.
• My God, What Have I Done?: Echo after stabbing Octavia and, presuming that she died, probably in no small part because of Bellamy's reaction to said stabbing.
• Plot Armour: Despite being stabbed in her side by Echo and falling hundreds of feed off a cliff into the rapids below Octavia somehow manages to survive and get back on her horse to Arkadia.
