The cliffhanger from the previous chapter is immediately resolved on the first page. The boyish Kurumi being kicked in the butt by Kusuri is Iku.
Iku is determined not to lose heart, but the ice-cold "Iku" (Suu) doesn't see the appeal. Iku attempts to explain, but Suu isn't interested until she suggests one (1) try. Kusuri kicks a single kick, but since Suu isn't a masochist, she still doesn't see the appeal.
A concerned "Karane" asks if she's okay. Suu pulls her pants down so someone can rub it, but the sight of her sore bottom just makes "Karane" (Rin) enchanted by the violence. Hakari muses on how perverted Karane is, but the real Karane says Hakari has no right to talk.
Iku invites "Ahko" (Karane) to kick her again, but Kurumi says that that's her butt. Her "gluteus maximus", as it were, according to an aloof Suu (Uto). Kurumi insists that it's her butt, so whose butt is she attached to now? Does that mean she wouldn't take offense if, say, a gropey Rin (Momiji) started rubbing it?
As it turns out, it does still make her angry, and now she's hungry again. Luckily, a granny-cat Tama (Yaku) has a rice cracker for her. The sight makes Rentarou want to rub her belly, which Yaku quickly picks up on. She still thinks he's ten years too young for that.
"Momoha" (still clearly drunk) laughs at the sight. She sways briefly before becoming upset. The class president Momoha (Chiyo) isn't happy about being both drunk and a minor. Fortunately, Momoha was already drunk when the switch happened, so they haven't invoked the wrath of the Big Cheese of the Publishing Industry yet. Chiyo covers up Momoha's outfit and puts her booze on the ground since teachers shouldn't even be carrying alcohol on school grounds.
A vice-ridden Mimimi (Momoha) decides to pick it up, and since that would count as underage drinking, Chiyo tries to hold her back. The Big Cheese appears, and everyone panics in fear that the series will get cancelled. A perverted Chiyo (Hahari) offers her money in exchange for a kiss. Momoha gladly agrees, forcing Hakari to try holding Hahari back. Mimimi, meanwhile, still isn't sure what's going on with her body, but Uto just tells her that ignorance is bliss.
Hakari and Chiyo aren't strong enough, so the country girl Nano (Yamame) steps up to help. Unfortunately, Nano's body isn't strong enough, so Yamame calls in her own body. The little critter Yamame (Shizuka) steps up to help... but it still isn't enough. Chiyo and Mimimi's lips are about to touch when a knightly Shizuka (Kishika) puts her blade between them. This coolness distracts Hahari, who begins patting her head, causing her to become a baby Shizuka (still Kishika).
Kishika ends up cradled in the arms of her grinning gal self (Ahko), who calls her mad cute. Kishika ends up calling her own body "Mommy". Kurumi finds that baffling... but she and Nano can't exactly pat her head without getting closer. Ahko invites Rentarou over to pat her head, too.
After awhile, the narration notes that Rentarou kisses everyone back to normal....
Or at least, that's what should have happened. In reality, this resulted in more body swaps, forcing the use of 10,000 more kisses to get everyone back to normal.
