The fourth wall takes a break this chapter as Rentarou's family prepares to announce the results of the character popularity poll.
Mei prepares to read the results as Hahari reveals that the first place winner will be drawn in a special dress. Mei announces that the first place winner (with 99,999,999 votes!) is... Mimimi! She then reads the comments from a certain R.A. from Sukisugi espousing how beautiful and cool she is.
As the other girls compliment Mimimi, Mei realizes that there's another sheet - there's actually a tie for first place! The second first-place winner is Yamame. Yamame thinks there must be a mistake, but Mei assures her it's the truth before reading off comments from Sukisugi's R.A.
The third first-place winner is Mei herself, much to her embarrassment. The fourth first-place winner is Momiji and the fifth is Iku. Naturally, each announcement comes with with comments from R.A.
The reading continues with the revelation that Meme, Chiyo, Yaku, Nano, Uto, Shizuka, Ahko, and Hahari also share first place. Hakari lampshades how silly this seems, but Kusuri notes that at this point, she really wouldn't want to be the one who doesn't get first place.
The next first-place winners are Kurumi and Hakari. Hakari gloats at Karane, but Mei reveals more pages. The next first-place winners are Kusuri and Karane.
The only two girlfriends who haven't had their names called are Kishika and Naddy, making them nervous when Mei reveals that there's only one more page. Naddy is crushed when Kishika's name is announced. The other girls comfort her, but as it turns out, there was another page, revealing that Naddy has also tied for first place.
Rentarou is delighted at seeing his girlfriends all in first place, but Mei reveals that there is actually one more first-placer - Rentarou himself. Unlike the others, Rentarou's comments come from several different people (though they all seem to be in Sukisugi).
The chapter ends with a spread of all 20 first-place winners, announcing that they received over 2 billion votes, followed by a page of the supporting characters' placements.

- Milestone Celebration: To celebrate the manga's 100th chapter, a popularity poll is conducted of the manga's characters. It seems to be an in-universe poll, however, given it's easy to guess that "R.A." is Rentarou.
