Rentarou introduces Yaku to the rest of the harem, who are predictably shocked by an 89-year-old grandmother joining the harem. Hahari explains that Yaku has permission to visit the school as she sees fit while Kusuri helps her grandmother gets acclimated to the other girls. After Yaku passes out sweets to the other girls, Kusuri provides brief descriptions of each girl to her grandmother before quizzing her on who is who in the harem.
The first question is Iku, who Yaku pegs as tiny and weak. She then moves on to Hahari, who she pegs as a "maid machine". Her daughter Hakari gets pegged as a Yank, while Momiji is pegged as real shy. Kusuri then asks about Mimimi, who Yaku pegs as a Big Eater. She is next asked about Naddy, who gets pegged as "super duper smart". After that, she pegs Kurumi as a crier when she loses her glasses and Mei as groping boobs. Yaku then pegs Yamame as a Tsundere and Nano as wanting to be the most beautiful person in the world. Kusuri's mood doesn't improve as Yaku pegs Chiyo as a matchless masochist, Meme as horny 24/7, or Shizuka as huge and strong. Her worst guess yet is pegging Karane as a perv with big boobs.
Eventually, she succeeds in matching all the girls with their personalities and physical traits. But by the time she does, everyone has forgotten what her name is, and completely miss the mark when they try to guess it.

- Epic Fail: Yaku doesn't match a single girl correctly with their personality or physical traits in this chapter. To take it further, she gave traits to girls who couldn't have them, such as claiming Kurumi was the one who cries when she loses her glasses, except Kurumi doesn't even wear glasses in the first place. On the flip side, none of the others manage to remember her name.
- Flag Bikini: Hakari wears an American flag bikini during her Imagine Spot.
- "Freaky Friday" Flip: It happens as a set of Imagine Spots in this chapter.
- Imagine Spotting: Hakari notices the Imagine Spot Yaku has about Chiyo (where she mistakes the girl for a masochist) and reacts with horror at seeing Chiyo tied up, stating that such a thing isn't legal for such a young girl.
