It's Halloween. Dina puts the store on employee lockdown after she suspects an employee of stealing a crate of produce from the stockroom. Glenn, Mateo, and Amy go out to a neighboring store to replace it — Amy because she wants to go trick-or-treating with Emma, Mateo because he's got a secret date with Jeff.

- Distracted by the Sexy: Garrett in particular is distracted by Dina's sexy cop outfit, which discomfits him because Dina is so unpleasant.Garrett: It's like my rational brain says, 'This is the same crazy fascist that physically removed gum from my mouth', but my caveman brain says, 'Hey man, boobs!'
- Continuity Nod: One of the customers is stressed as a Cloud Nine cloud mascot with his face covered in blood, referencing "Spokesman Scandal"'s cannibalism incident.
- The Friends Who Never Hang: Cheyenne and Jonah have never been paired up in a plotline before, and Jonah lampshades it when they're assigned to man the jewelry counter together.
