After Billy learns on
TV that there's a cure for
AIDs, he gets pissed, and decides to play games with the three responsible.

- A Day in the Limelight: Billy's the center-focus for this episode, as he's going on the offensive now that AIDs has a cure.
- I'm a Humanitarian: Billy forcefully tries to invoke this on Sharon as part of her "game", eating a sandwich filled with human meat.
- Laser-Guided Karma: After years of getting away with no comeuppance, we finally get to see Goodman get his comeuppance of his selfishness. Billy cuts off Goodman's balls with a machete.
- Let's Get Dangerous!: Every other time we've seen Billy, he's mostly just an annoyance to everyone, no matter how many AIDs needles he tries to stick in them. However, now that his favorite disease has a cure, Billy begins making legitimate death traps much more in character with his source material.
- No Good Deed Goes Unpunished: The reason Billy's on his warpath in the first place? Brooklyn Guy managed to find a cure for AIDs.
- Sadistic Choice: Played for Black Comedy. Goodmans "game" involves him needing to make a choice: either burn all of his money and live, or get his balls chopped off by a machete. Of course, this being Goodman, he takes the machete to the balls.
