When supplies run low, the Strike Witches are sent to Rome to stock up. Upon rescuing a local girl named Maria from a couple of mooks, Lucchini spends the day giving her a tour of her hometown.
Tropes in this episode:
- Affectionate Parody: The whole episode is a take off of the film Roman Holiday with Maria as Audrey Hepburn and Lucchini as Gregory Peck.
- Anywhere but Their Lips: Maria kisses Lucchini on the cheek when they are departing.
- Bridal Carry: Lucchini picks up and carries Maria and takes off to show her an aerial view of Rome.
- Imagine Spot: Yoshika picks up a cute dress for Chris that Trude asked her to get. Yeager thinks the dress is for Trude, imagines her wearing it, and starts laughing her ass off.
- Mistaken Identity: Lucchini mistakes Maria's two bodyguards as mafia members when she rescues the latter.
- Really Royalty Reveal: It is revealed at the end of the episode that Maria is really the Duchess of Romagna.
