Plot
It starts out with Pat getting framed (and tried) for stealing a precious charm bracelet from a cruel dictator while both were visiting a local jeweler. Research stemming from said bracelet, and news of thefts from other jewelers lead to said dictator being even less well-intentioned than believed...
