Eggman's moon has suddenly eclipsed the sun. While working on why the event happened, Sonic is confronted by an angry mob.
This episode contains examples of:
- Going Commando: Several frames of animation show that Amy is not wearing anything beneath her dress right when she's about to go after an angry mob that shows up in front of the Thorndyke Mansion.
- Hero with Bad Publicity: As a result of knocking down the Mirror Towers, Sonic is deemed a threat to the public. In fact, this causes an angry mob to pursue him. Of course, this is all part of Dr. Eggman's plan.
- Villain with Good Publicity: Eggman becomes popular due to selling his Mirror Towers to the public, while Sonic becomes despised for destroying them.
