Crackle wants to participate in the Leafsong Festival, but she can't sing without breathing fire. She and Sofia turn to Cedric, who casts a spell to take away the dragon fire and store in a bottle. But he takes advantage of this for a scheme: cover the kingdom with Forever Frost—which can only be melted by dragon fire—and blackmail Roland into handing over the crown in return for undoing the spell. Meanwhile, Mia and Robin's friendship is put on the line when the latter lets Director Dove's compliments go to her head and decides to have the spotlight to herself.
