Sly and the Gang go to the Kunlun Mountains of Western China to stop Panda King's spree of terror.

- Land of Dragons: The level is set in Kunlun Mountains of Western China. Its full of kung-fu monkeys, fire-works and is led by a megalomaniacal Panda.
- Not So Similar: When Panda King tries to give a "Not So Different" Remark that Sly's a thief like him, Sly rebuffs him, saying that while he's a thief from a long like of master thieves, Panda King is just a frustrated fireworks artist turned homicidal pyromaniac.
- Protection Racket: The Panda King's Evil Plan is holding the various mountain villages hostage, using fireworks to bury them in avalanches if they don't pay him his fee.
