Forced to work for Bucrates to protect GoTaurus, Hyuuga is sent to gather a forbidden flower, even if it means fighting Ryouma and the Gingamen.
Episode Tropes:
- Depower: Under Bucrates orders, Hyuuga ingests descending grass that cuts off his Earth Powers in order to wield a special weapon Bucrates knows about.
- Downer Ending: The Gingamen fail to save Hyuuga as the latter loses his Earth Power for the sake of GoTaurus' safety.
- Forced into Evil: Hyuuga is forced to turn his back against Ryouma, the Gingamen, and everything he stood for to save GoTaurus, and he clearly does not enjoy it.
- Friend-or-Idol Decision: Saya is the most conflicted about leaving Ryouma to fight Hyuuga due to her feelings for the latter, but Ryouma orders her to join the others and fight Magdus due to her duty as a Ginga Forest warrior.

- Would Hurt a Child: Not only does Magdus kidnap children to clean out Daitanix's veins, he also throws a kid aside when he does not meet the height requirement.
