Bad Liar: It is implied that Mikey is this, as Casey believes that everything he is saying is at least Metaphorically True by omission.
Carnival of Killers: The chapter involves a bounty made by Shredder's subordinates to the Kraang to capture the Hamato Children alive, resulting an increase in Foot Bot activities. When Shredder finds out about it, he has the bounty rescinded.
Internal Reveal: It is here that Casey Jones is let in on everything the Hamatos have been involved in, including the Kraang and Raphael's mutation.
Pragmatic Villainy: When Shredder finds out about the bounty his minions had put out for the Hamato Children, he has it rescinded. He had deduced that all five of the Hamato Children could be Tang Shen's children, and that if he ever wanted to get on her good side, hunting her kids like animals would not be the best way to go about it.
Self-Destructing Security: Due to malware put in place by Donatello, any attempts at finding public knowledge of the Hamato Clan (up to including typing "Hamato" on Google) crashes computers instantly.
Shout-Out: When staring at himself in the mirror in his vigilante outfit, Casey flexes saying "I'm Batman."
