Once they're ready to shut down the portal to the Web, Megabyte immediately pulls a double cross to trap Bob there first. He then orders his forces to attack the CPUs once the remaining spores are destroyed.
- The Farmer and the Viper: The sprites work with Megabyte to find a way to close the Web portal. Naturally, Megabyte turns on Bob at the last minute and banishes him into the Web.
- Hope Spot: With Bob trapped, Mouse threatens to bisect Megabyte if he tries to launch him into the Web. Then Hexadecimal takes care of her, leaving Megabyte free to do it.
- "Ray of Hope" Ending: With Bob banished into the Web, Mainframe is defenseless...except, Enzo was upgraded to Guardian himself, and he swears to protect Mainframe from Megabyte and Hexadecimal.
- Shut Up, Hannibal!:Megabyte: You have no defenses, you fools! Your Guardian is lost! Nothing can stand in our way. Mainframe is ours!

- Trash the Set: In the battle, most of Mainframe is destroyed, most prominently, Dot's Diner.
- You Fool!: Megabyte in response to Phong's vow to fight to the last.
