Tropes:
- Flying Car: Lightning Chaser can convert into a small plane.
- Sentient Vehicle: Lightning Chaser and Storm Blaster are particularly cantankerous ones who will NOT tolerate mishandling.
- Wet Cement Gag: Bulk and Skull are given a job directing traffic by a construction site, and get knocked into wet cement repeatedly as the Rangers and their enemies zoom through the site.
