A spider demon bests the Rangers thanks to her ability to scan their weapons. The only way to defeat her is for Carter the master the experimental Trans Armor Cycle.

- All Webbed Up: Arachnor's victims, of course, including four Rangers and those in the Aquabase.
- Call-Back: Carter claims he wasn't afraid of spiders, but was startled by a fake spider the Rangers put on his shoulder. Similar to the end of the MMPR episode "Itsy Bitsy Spider", where the Rangers did the same with Zach after claiming he's gotten over his fear of spiders.
- Dramatic Irony: The other demons openly wonder where Jinxer is, but viewers know he is off tending to Olympius.
- Heroic Bystander: After Vypra knocks a car off the road and it's in danger of exploding, Carter stops to help, only to see that several nearby construction workers are already getting the driver out of the car and away from the blast range.
- I Am a Humanitarian: In exchange for helping Diabolico take out the Rangers, Arachnor wants food for his soon-to-hatch babies. Diabolico offers up the people of Mariner Bay, and Arachnor immediately agrees. Diabolico later looks forward to the webbed up Rangers suffering this.
- Never My Fault: After Arachnor's demise, Diabolico denies responsibility for his failure (as it was his demon who failed) and tries to blame it on the Rangers, but like she did with her son before, Bansheera denies his excuse.
- No-Sell: Arachnor's plan involves scanning the Rangers' weaponry so as to negate their effects.
- Revenge: Olympius refuses to simply rest, preferring to focus on regaining his strength so that he can settle old scores.
- Undying Loyalty: Jinxer is still helping Olympius recover from his previous encounter with the Rangers and urges him to take it easy.
- Villainous Vow: Olympius promises that, upon regaining his full strength, he will get his revenge against all who crossed him.
- Who Dares?: Arachnor's response to the sudden noise of a motorcycle approaching her lair.
