As Dominic begins better integrating with the rangers, he gets a dream vision from Master Mao that he needs to retrieve an old artifact he had in order to fully unlock his ranger potential. Unfortunately, as he's been imprisoned, Dai Shi also tasks Camille with retrieving the dagger so that they may then go retrieve the other half of the rhino powers. Thus, a Dash for the Dagger begins.

- Batman Gambit: Before Dominic can get back to base, he spots a woman being mugged and pleading for help. He runs after them into an alley, finding the woman is Camille and that he's now surrounded by mooks.
- Cloud Cuckoolander: Dominic hid the sacred artifact given to him by Master Mao under a restaurant's seat cushion "with old french fries and dead cockroaches."
- The Cuckoolander Was Right: The sacred artifact was undisturbed and safe for over half a decade, despite the awful hiding place Dominic used.
- Hope Spot: Just as Camille is about to claim the dagger, RJ blasts her away while Dominic goes for the dagger. Dominic boasts he's got the situation under control, but he's so distracted that Camille is able to snag the dagger with her tongue.
