Barry has grown an enormous pumpkin, but is worried the catterpillars are going to eat it while it's still green. Krash decides to fight them, but Dokko doesn't want to resort to violence. With that, they bet on who can get rid of caterpillars faster. Krash makes his own "army" consisting of Chiko and Wally, planning an advance near the pumpkin. Meanwhile, Dokko gathers Pin and Rosa so they can use scientific methods to solve the problem. At first, Pin suggests digging a moat near the pumpkin, which would damage its root system, while Rosa suggests exploding it.
Later, they decide to use molecular self-assembly to make invisible fabric to cover the pumpking with. While both teams are planning, the caterpillars finally decide to go towards the pumpkin, but are stopped by Krash, Chiko and Wally, who decide to fight with every way possible. With both leaders of opposing teams face to face, Krash reflects the insects' attack, but is taken away by Dokko, who shows him they've put an invisible fabric on the pumpkin to hide it from the caterpillars.
