The rest of the day proves uneventful, but the twins decide not to play-fight with their stuffed toys anymore to be safe, especially not with Smarty Pants. In the bathroom, Pumpkin uses her potty and Pinkie Pie notices that the flush sounds different, decides it's water pressure, and thinks they might need a plumber.
Pinkie Pie then brings Pumpkin back into the playpen, while Pumpkin has no clue why the toilet sounds wrong. Pound wonders why his sister looks worried and she replies that she think the toilet is "sick". She then explains that the noise it made sounded like it was coughing, besides the water was blue. Pound, whose potty is blue, wonders if Pumpkin tried to flush his potty but she says no.
Pound is still not quite convinced that Pumpkin isn't just playing a joke on him, but she points out that the parents are discussing the situation with the toilet and seem worried. The parents consider replacing the toilet since it's old and "hasn't been the same" since an incident with the CMC. Mrs. Cake doesn't want it replaced, so Mr. Cake decides to get a plumber.
Pound, scared, gets an idea: make the toilet "better". Only, as Pumpkin points out, they don't know how. Pound, however, has an idea: give the toilet medicine.
Pumpkin teleports herself and Pound into the bathroom with the medicine and Pound pours it in, but Mrs. Cake catches them. She tells them that toilets don't get sick, explains what a plumber is, and tells them not to poke around in the medicine cupboard or use medicine when not sick again. Back in the playpen, the twins have a mild argument over who's at fault.
