As Alison is terrified by Neolution threats made against Donnie, Sarah and Mrs. S question her loyalty to her sestras. While Sarah is distracted, Siobhan sneaks out to seek vengeance. Meanwhile, Cosima and Susan Duncan work together in a final attempt to discover a cure.

- Good Shepherd: Reverend Mike gives Alison rather good advice despite not knowing the full extent of her situation.
- Hallucinations: Rachel keeps getting visions of a swan, which seem to have more to do with her new eye than her psyche. She also gets a vision of an unfamiliar man.
- Internal Reveal: Clone Club discovers that Evie is plotting to kill them.
- Jack Bauer Interrogation Technique: Siobhan does this to Duko and, surprisingly for this show, it works.
- Mama Bear: Sarah warns M.K. not to contact Kira again without her knowledge.
- No-Holds-Barred Beatdown: Donnie gets pummeled by the Neolution prisoner.
- Off the Wagon: Subverted. Alison nearly takes another drink, but Felix interrupts her.
- Oh, Crap!:
- Donnie is utterly terrified when a large, intimating inmate shows interest in him, especially when he reveals a Neolution tattoo.
- Duko, once Siobhan pulls a shotgun on him.
- Papa Wolf: Duko claims he's only working for Evie and accepting her money for the sake of young niece, though it's not clear how much of that is true since he was clearly trying to garner sympathy from Siobhan.
- Revenge: Siobhan goes on the hunt for Duko, who killed her mother.Siobhan: This is for my ma.
- Shame If Something Happened: Duko continues his subtle threats against Donnie's life in order to get Alison to cooperate.
- Tattooed Crook: The first shot of the episode of a close-up of an inmate's tattooed hands. Shortly afterwards there's a prisoner with the Neolution eye tattooed on his hand.
