K.O., Rad, and Enid investigate to find out who sprayed graffiti on Lakewood Plaza's sign after being told to by their boss and owner of Gar's Bodega, Mr. Gar.
Tropes:
- Early-Installment Weirdness: Quite a bit, due to the years between it and the series proper:
- The characters are much more angular, and the art style is slightly more saturated and detailed. There are also much less Off-Model moments, bar the occasionally funny face.
- The opening is an Expository Theme Tune.
- Boxmore has a giant "M" on the building itself, when it's part of the sigil, and the skull office is to the left.
- Enid is actually rather proactive and reasonable, rather than the very lazy person she is in the show proper.
- K.O.'s portrayed as somewhat more trigger-happy, being willing to pick a fight with Rad after the (mistaken) assumption that he's the vandal.
- Very few of the other heroes in the Plaza are voiced.
- Glasses Pull: Mr. Gar pulls his shades off, revealing Fireball Eyeballs, just before body-slamming Darrell into pieces.
- Stab the Scorpion: K.O. launches a Power Fist at Rad... and it flies right past him, hitting the real vandal (the disguised Darrell).
