Orel meets a Jewish doctor named Dr. Chosenberg who ends up impaled with a Jesus bobble-head figurine. The hospital refuses to treat his injury as it's in the image of Jesus, thus considered a miracle to him. Dr. Chosenberg gets worse as the ill and injured come to pray to the image and he's forbidden from treating it himself, to the point of being tied down and sedated. When he begs Orel for help, Orel's torn between helping him and losing his faith, but is convinced by Clay to 'lie to himself', and brings Dr. Chosenberg his bobble-head Jesus figurine, placing it on a cart full of medicine and bringing the cart closer so 'he can see it better'. Dr. Chosenberg uses the medicine and his own Star of David to treat the wound, with the result that it's healed the next day. Orel attributes the miracle to his figurine, only for Clay to say it doesn't count because the figurine was made to look like Jesus; only accidental images count. When he sees the medicine bottles were arranged to look like Jesus, that he attributes to a miracle as he grabs the foot powder to treat his itchy foot, missing that Dr. Chosenberg had arranged the bottles himself.
