When their van breaks down in the desert, the heroes are stranded. Their only hope is to play the crafty Goldfish Demon's game show.
Tropes:
- Dumbass Has a Point: While MK trying to act as the smart one mostly has him spouting nonsensical facts, he's perfectly correct in that he should have been able to win at least one game against the Fish Demon. Sure enough, regaining his True Sight reveals the demon was cheating the whole time.
- Instantly Proven Wrong: While everyone is suffering from the desert heat in the van, Sandy rolls down a window, thinking some fresh air will help. The outside is apparently so hot fire blows in his face.
- The Power of Friendship: Invoked! After the Goldfish Demon has conned MK out of just about everything with his Shell Game, MK bets the fate of his teammates so that the pressure of his friends being on the line will reunlock his True Sight ability. It works, though Pigsy is not pleased by this gambit.
- Shell Game: The Goldfish Demon runs a classic variant with a pet turtle named Monty hiding under one of three coconut shell halves. The demon scams players by opening a hidden trap door under whichever shell is chosen. When MK uses his True Sight to figure out the ruse, he holds the trap door under Monty shut from underneath to beat him.
