Airdate: October 10, 2022 note

"Bubbling Up: Molly, Tooey, and Trini see mysterious bubbles in the lake.

"Bubbling Up" contains the following tropes:

  • Aesop Amnesia: As it turns out, permafrost was making the stinky bubbles in Lake Qyah. Trini somehow doesn't know what permafrost is, after having already learned about it back in "Not So Permafrost."
  • Evil Smells Bad: Lake Qyah smells like rotten eggs, which leads the kids to believe that there's a lake monster.
  • Stock Ness Monster: When the trio research lake monsters, they find a website about lake monsters in Scotland, likely referring to the Loch Ness monster.
  • Whole Episode Flashback: The episode is framed as a flashback recounted by Molly and Tooey.

"Eenie Eenie Aye Over": Molly, Tooey, and Trini learn a new game.

"Eenie Eenie Aye Over" contains the following tropes:

  • Cool Old Guy: Mr. Rowley proves himself an expert at Eenie Eenie Aye Over, despite not having played for years. He and Trini manage to tag three of the five opposing players, and he demonstrates more athleticism than even Midge.
  • Parents as People: When Auntie Midge joins the game, she calls it Annie Annie Aye Over, and insists on going by the rules she grew up with. This starts a rather childish argument among the adults and leaves the kids confused as to what's going on. It's left to the kids to settle the argument with a mock trial.
  • Power Outage Plot: In this episode, the power goes out while the kids are playing video games, so Nat and Walter show them how to play a game outdoors. Towards the end of the episode, the power comes back on, but Molly keeps playing outside anyway.
  • Shout-Out: At the start of the episode, the kids are shown playing a video game similar to Backyard Sports.
