While Milo is home sick in bed, two aliens named Loab and Khone spy on him and try to collect a biological sample so their superiors can study Murphy's Law. Meanwhile, Perry the Platypus protects Danville from Dr. Doofenshmirtz's bungling attempts at doing good.
Tropes:
- A Day in the Limelight: Due to being sick in bed, Milo doesn't do much in the episode. Instead, the episode focuses on the Aliens trying to get a tissue sample of Milo while Diogee tries to thwart them.
- Hero with an F in Good: Doof goes around trying to help with his inventions, but they just make bigger messes that Perry the Platypus has to clean up or mitigate.
- Sick Episode: As the title implies, this is one for Milo. Interestingly enough, he doesn't participate in it because of his incapacitation.
- Voluntary Shapeshifter: The aliens, have the power of shape-shifting, but they can only maintain their forms while holding their breath.
