In an effort to keep the Alien Rangers on Earth for longer periods, Billy creates a device to filter out the impurities in Angel Grove Lake, allowing the Aquitians to properly rehydrate. But with the evil Barbaric Brothers polluting the waters, will it do more harm than good for the Alien Rangers?

- Bittersweet Ending: Though the Barbaric Brothers are history, with Billy's device ruined, the Aquitians are forced to return to Aquitar. But they promise to return when they're needed again.
