While Lord Zedd and Rita Repulsa are on their second Honeymoon, Rito unleashes Miss Chief on Angel Grove High. Armed with the same love potion that Rita used on Zedd, the monster plays havoc on emotions, causing Kim to fall in love with Skull, Bulk to fall in love with Aisha, and both Lt. Stone and Principal Caplan to fall in love with Miss Appleby! Upon learning of the love potion, Goldar demands an antidote be made. Is the Honeymoon over for good for Rita and Zedd?

- Aw, Look! They Really Do Love Each Other: Even with the antidote applied, Zedd proclaims that Rita is the best thing that ever happened to him, and orders the offending Goldar to apologize.
- Becoming the Mask: If it wasn't obvious at the start, Rita appears to have long given up her initial plan to overthrow Zedd and is more-or-less happy with her wedded life to "Zeddy".
- Better as Friends: Skull and Kimberly have this epiphany. Considering his crush never comes up again for the remainder of Kim's tenure, it would seem that it sticks.
- Continuity Nod: The love potion that Rita used in "The Wedding" three-parter makes a return.
- Insert Cameo: That is Kathy Fisher, Ron Wasserman's wife, singing "All to Myself" in the final scene. Ron himself is not in the band.
- Internal Reveal: Goldar finds out about the love potion Finster helped Rita to use on Zedd back in "The Wedding". Fat a lot of good it does him at this point, however.
- Kissing Discretion Shot: Rita and Zedd in the second-to-last sequence of the episode.
- Love Potion:
- Miss Chief uses one on multiple characters (Kimberly on Skull, Bulk on Aisha, Lt. and Mr. Caplan on Ms. Appleby).
- Goldar finds out about the potion Rita used on Zedd and orders Finster to make an antidote for it. Turns out Zedd loves Rita anyway.
- Love Triangle: Played with, as both Mr. Caplan and Lt. Stone fight over Ms. Appleby under the effect of the love potion, much to the teacher's delight. But fortunately Finster cures them from the love potion before they can punch each other. However, Ms. Appleby cries over this.
- Ordered Apology: Zedd demands this of Goldar when he rightly points out that their marriage was built on brainwashing and deception. Once Goldar does so, albeit begrudgingly, he's forced to accept that Rita's there to stay and the subject is never brought up again.
- She's a Man in Japan: Miss Chief was male in Kakuranger.
- Throw the Dog a Bone:
- Kimberly wasn't very tactful when the potion wore off around Skull, so she offers a dance with him as friends which he accepts.
- Stone offers to dance with Miss Appleby despite the potion having long since worn off.
- Yank the Dog's Chain: For Skull, as he believed his dream girl had really fallen for him.
