Tommy, Kim, and Billy must figure out how to unfreeze Jason, Zack, and Trini, defeat the Terror Blossom and save Rocky, Adam, and Aisha before they're turned to the dark side. Are they willing to expose their secret identities to do so? Meanwhile, Bulk and Skull face the challenge of changing baby Jacob's diaper!

- Actor Allusion: While trying to cheer up Jacob, Bulk calls himself a "bunky monkey". Paul Schrier had previously voiced Primator in "The Wannabe Ranger".
- Baby Sitting Episode: From Bulk and Skull's perspective, as they have to keep an eye on Jacob while his father is held prisoner by Zedd's forces.
- The Diaper Change: Bulk is forced to change Jacob's diaper. He goes through the whole box and is forced to use Skull's bandana before he gets it right.
- George Lucas Altered Version: The original broadcast of this episode has the Bulk and Skull scenes scored by Buzz Clifford's "Baby Sittin' Boogie". Most likely due to copyright issues, the song was removed from later broadcasts and all home media versions and instead plays the usual Bulk and Skull theme.
- Heads or Tails?: Bulk decides to flip a coin to see who will change Jacob. He ends up having to do it, much to Skull's delight and his dismay.
- Oh, Crap!: Billy, when his identity is exposed in front of Rocky, Adam, and Aisha. As well as Tommy and Kimberly, after removing their helmets as well, when the ninjas start putting two-and-two together.
- Sassy Black Woman: Aisha tells Rocky to "let the man talk", said man being Zordon.Aisha: "I think he's a man..."
- Screw This, I'm Outta Here: Bulk and Skull, when Mr. Anderson asks them if they would like to babysit Jacob again sometime.
- Secret-Keeper: Zordon makes the new trio take an oath to uphold the secret identities of the Power Rangers. Their commitment is shown when they brush off Bulk and Skull's questions about the time they spent with the Rangers.
- Wham Line: "You guys are the Power Rangers? Unbelievable!"
- Wham Episode: The Rangers are forced to unmask in front of Rocky, Adam, and Aisha after Billy's helmet is removed for him to breathe after nearly getting strangled by the snake.
