Laika meets with his old friend Iriya who is participating in a fencing tournament. Meanwhile, an Asteroid Navi is robbing museums of their Japanese weapons.
- All Your Powers Combined: Yamato Man does this with the museum weapons he stole, fussing them together to create bigger versions.
- Arrogant Kung-Fu Guy: Yamato Man. He reasons that weapons are to be used, not for decoration. Taunts Mega Man and Search Man's modern level weapons. Worst of all, he tries to murder Laika to achieve victory and is willing to do the same to Iriya when he tries to defend Laika.
- Mark of the Supernatural: The episode ends with Laika receiving Duo's crest.
- Pet the Dog: For all his haughtiness, Yamato Man does compliment Mega Man and Search Man once during Cross Fusion when he has to recover from getting trapped in ice and shot by a Cannon Program Advance.
- Spin to Deflect Stuff: Just like his game counterpart, Yamato Man cannot be attacked by gun type chips and merely spins his spear to make them ineffective.
